Smoked Dry Panla fish is also known as Eja kika or Hake fish. This fish is one of the most popular smoked fish in Nigeria. It can be enjoyed in native Nigerian soups such as eru soup, efo riro and more. It is also enjoyed as a snack with drinking garri. Smoked dry and clean with a golden crisp colour.
