Description
A member of the mint family, there are over one hundred varieties of the thyme herb. Many turn to this strong, aromatic herb to flavour different elements of their Christmas dinner including stuffing, as thyme pairs well with lots of other seasonings including sage and parsley.
We harvest our evergreen thyme when it is young and tender to give you a warm and subtle flavour.
Why not try sprinkling over roast potatoes or adding to dishes such as ratatouille.
