For Lamb Kofka kebabs, mix minced lamb with cumin, coriander, chilli and Cinnamon. Cook Cinnamon with fresh blackberries, sugar, red wine vinegar, nutmeg and allspice and use as a delicious fruity sauce for lamb, venison or duck.
