These tuna steaks boast exceptional quality, characterized by a solid pack with minimal flakiness. They are entirely natural, free from any additives or fillers, and exclusively comprised of skipjack tuna, without any mixing with other species like yellowfin or bigeye tuna, which are facing overfishing in certain regions. Our skipjack tuna is harvested using free school methods, avoiding the use of fish aggregating devices (FADs) that can harm marine ecosystems.
Manufactured by the esteemed Seafman Cannery in Manta, Ecuador, this facility holds a rich history, dating back to its establishment in 1966, making it one of the earliest and most enduring tuna processors in the nation.
